Tendance-sensuelle.com is a wholesaler site in sexy lingerie, cosmetics and accessories for adults for professionals. All orders are firm and final and include acceptance of these conditions.
The scope of the conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website www.tendance-sensuelle.com - STE. TENDANCE SENSUELLE reserves the possibility to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions of sale. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order.
Orders
Any new client must submit a K-Bis extract of less than three months or an official title demonstrating its membership in our activity.
Tendance Sensuelle reserves the right to accept or refuse any orders without notice. The products remain the property of until the payment of the invoice.
Availability of articles
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site of wholesale sexy lingerie, within the limits of available stocks. We can not therefore guarantee delivery if the number of items ordered is greater than the number of items in stock.
Prices
Prices shown in Euro are deemed to be exclusive of tax, excluding postage from Bussy Saint Georges. They can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be billed on the basis in effect at the registration of the order.
The price is payable in full and in one payment to the order. All orders are invoiced and payable in Euro only. For any delivery outside Metropolitan France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
For all orders less than 100€ HT (hundred euros excluding taxes), logistics fees of 2.95€ HT will be applied.
Free shipping and packing is granted for all orders to Metropolitan France, equal to or greater than 350 euros excluding taxes.
Shipping charges
The shipping costs include participation in preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. They are fixed, consisting of a fixed part and a part depending on the number of items ordered. Only the geographical area and the shipping method chosen by you vary the amount.
Attention all orders to DOM-TOM, some European areas (Ibiza, Canary Islands, Greece ...), US, Canada are subject to postage calculated on the basis of volumetric weight - the shipping costs are invoiced when the order is ready to be sent to the recipient.
Return of articles
The only case of the exchange of an article is when it has a manufacturing defect. We will not make any exchange, refund or recovery outside of this case.
In addition, for hygiene reasons, we do not take back cosmetics, consumables, lingerie such as thongs, shortys, leggings, panties and objects with sexual use and do not guarantee them. [Article L1311-1 of the Public Health Code]
Nevertheless, we study case by case the very rare problems we encounter.
No product will be returned if we do not have the original order number that allows us to edit the credit.
Transport
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. In case of default or damage, it is up to the receiver to issue the usual reservations by notifying the receipt of the transport the number of missing or defective products and send us a copy within two working days to preserve our litigation rights. Attention, according to Article 105 of the Commercial Code the mention "subject to control" has no legal value. All our parcels are checked at the beginning: it is up to the receiver to control them at reception, including to check the good state of the strapping and the adhesive tape. Defective material received or shipping errors must be reported to us within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. After this period, the goods will not be taken back or exchanged.

Payment default
Tendance Sensuelle, the sexy lingerie wholesaler reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress of Directors.
Late penalties
In case of late payment, the customer accepts the payment of late fees. In this case, the expected interest rate can not be less than one and a half times the legal interest rate. It is usually calculated on the total amount of the invoice.
Otherwise, the reference rate is that applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 7 points.
Discount Conditions
Tendance Sensuelle does not accept payment at a discount. It therefore does not consent to a reduction for advance payments.
Delivery
Whether you order from France or from abroad, we deliver to your home. The delivery time includes the preparation time of the package as well as the routing time. The average time is 24h / 48h for France, but it does not constitute a deadline of rigor and Tendance Sensuelle will not be able to be held responsible in case of delay of delivery. Deontology
